Terms and Conditions

1) Children registering with parents should be 23 years of age and under. 2) All children over 4 years must register with their parents. 3) Family registration consists of a couple and a maximum of 2 children between the ages of 12 years and 23 years. Each additional person must pay Individual or Student rate, as appropriate. 4) Children between ages of 4 and 12 years (Free Admission) must register with their parents. 5) Individuals who have registered as students must show their student badges when checking in at the conference. 6) Cancellation Policy: Refund requests, in writing, will be honored till April 30th, 2010, but there will be a 20% admin charge. No refunds can be processed after Aril 30th, 2010. Cancellation Policy is explained in detail later on. 7) There will be a $25 charge for returned check.
