Q: Which Hotels are available for public booking and what are the prices?
A: Please see our Hotel Lists Page.

Q: Which Hotels are attached?
A: The only attached hotel is the Sheraton Hotel.
There are other hotels on the Boardwalk (within walking distance from the Convention Center). Among the hotels on the Boardwalk, Trump Plaza is close to AC Convention Center.

Q: Can I get a room at the Sheraton?
A: The Sheraton is available to donors/Patrons/Sponsors only. If you help support NABC2010 by becoming a donor -- $1200.00 for a family of 4, you will get a room at the Sheraton depending on the availability. Also the rate $1200 goes up to $1500 on Dec 1st, 2009 and it goes up again to $2000 on May 1st, 2010. Rooms at Sheraton will be guaranteed for Patrons and Sponsors.

Q: Do I need to register and complete payment before I book a hotel room?
A: Yes, you have to be registered and confirmed with full payment to book a hotel room.

Q: I registered and paid as a family of 4 but could not book a hotel room?
A: For Online registration, you will receive a confirmation number, once the Registration is accepted and the Payment goes through Paypal, you then could use the Hotel link. If you have registered by mail, our system will first accept registration payment and once the payment goes through, you will be sent an email with a confirmation number, then you will use the confirmation number to book a hotel room using our Online Hotel Link.

Q: I booked a hotel room but did not get any confirmation of my hotel room?
A: If it is Sheraton Hotel, then contact NABChotel@Kallol.com. For hotel reserved through online hotel link, please call 1-800-524-1706. Please mention your NABC2010 confirmation number.

Q: I booked a hotel room but would like to change my hotel?
A: If it is Sheraton Hotel, then contact
NABChotel@Kallol.com. For hotel reserved through online hotel link, please call 1-800-524-1706. Please mention your NABC2010 confirmation number.

Q: I want to change my registration information and add another child and/or another guest?
A: Please use 'Change Registration' online. You could send e-mail to jbhowmick2009@gmail.com.

Q: Can I cancel my membership?
A: Cancellation Policy: Refund requests, in writing, will be honored till April 30th, 2010, but there will be a 20% admin charge. No refunds can be processed after April 30th, 2010. If you have hotel room reserved thru our online hotel link, please cancel the hotel reservation before June 15th, 2010, otherwise you will have to pay the hotel room charges for two days.

Q. Is there any deadline to reserve hotel room using NABC2010 Online hotel Reservation System?
A: NABC2010online hotel link will allow the negotiated rates for area hotels applicable to NABC2010 Registrants until May 9th, 2010. After May 9th, 2010, the rates may go higher.

Q. Is there any deadline to CANCEL  hotel room reservation done through NABC2010 Online hotel Reservation System ()?
A: NABC2010online hotel link will allow the cancellation for NABC2010 Registrants until June 15th, 2010, with no cancellation charges. But if cancelled after June 15th, the hotels will charge for two days.

Q: Is there a shuttle from the airport to the hotels?
A: We are working on it and will update the information here soon.

Q: Does my child (ren) need to enroll separately in Youth Activities programs?
A: The Youth Activities are mostly included in your registration ticket.

Q:  What are the parking costs at the facility?
A: Parking is $10.00 for the entire day. But if you go out and come in again, ACCC will charge you $10.00 again.
