The entire NABC 2010 Registration is outlined here. All the aspects of these Registration processes have been explained in this document.

A. Standard Registration

Rates for Standard Registration:

Terms and Conditions for Standard Registration

  • Children registering with parents must be 23 years of age and under.
  • All children over 4 years must register with their parents.
  • Family registration consists of a couple and a maximum of 2 children between the ages of 12 years and 23 years. Each additional person must pay Individual or Student rate, as appropriate.
  • Children between ages of 4 and 12 years (Free Admission) must register with their parents.
  • Individuals who have registered as students must show their student badges when checking in at the conference.
  • Cancellation Policy: Refund requests, in writing, will be honored till April 30th, 2010, but there will be a 20% admin charge. No refunds can be processed after Aril 30th, 2010. Cancellation Policy is explained in detail later on.

NABC 2010 Standard Online Registration Process:
Step 1.Go to Standard Online Registration and enter your information.

Step 2. Please verify your inputs.

Step 3. Click the check-box to agree to the terms and conditions (Cancellation Policy, Rates etc.)

Step 4. Select the "Payment Method".

Step 5. Proceed to Next Step

Your email address is important since you will receive your confirmation through email after completing your registration.

You will receive one email immediately confirming your registration. This email will have your  Registration Confirmation Number  that will allow you to request addition  or change items after you register through the Change Registration page. Please print a copy of this confirmation and save this confirmation number for future communications with NABC 2010 committee.

Step 6. If you select ‘check’ as the payment method, then please make check payable to ‘NABC 2010’, payable in US Dollars only and mail it to:

Step 7. If you select ‘Credit Card’ as the payment method ,you will be taken to a secured Paypal payment page where you enter your payment information.

Step 8. If you select 'Credit Card' as the payment method ,you will be taken to a secured Paypal payment page where you enter your payment information.

Step 9. If you made the payment by check, then you have to wait for payment confirmation from NABC 2010 committee. Once you receive the payment confirmation, you could use the Hotel Reservation link to reserve your room.

B. Donor Registration

Rates for Donor Registration:

Terms and Conditions for Donor Registration

  1. Donor will have the Family registration benefits under the terms specified below.
  2. Donor will receive one complimentary hotel room for two nights (July 9th and July 10th, 2010) at the Sheraton Hotel adjacent to NABC2010 Venue, the Atlantic City Convention Center, depending on the availability.
  3. If NABC2010 committee fails to provide the room at the Sheraton Hotel adjacent to NABC2010 Venue, the Atlantic City Convention Center, then NABC2010 committee will contact the Donor with the alternate accommodation in nearby hotels.
  4. Donor will be recognized in website and NABC2010 Brochure(name published as Donor).
  5. Children registering with parents should  be 23 years of age and under.
  6. All children over 4 years should register with their parents. No registration badge is required for children below 4 years of age.
  7. Family registration consists of a couple and a maximum of 2 children between the ages of 12 years and 23 years. Each additional person must pay Individual or Student rate, as appropriate.
  8. Children between ages of 4 and 12 years (Free Admission) must register with their parents.
  9. Individuals who have registered as students must show their student ID when checking in at the conference.

Step 8. Once your payment has been confirmed either by Paypal or check, your donor registration is complete.

Step 9. Once payment is confirmed, Donor will receive one complimentary  hotel room for two nights (July 9th and July 10th, 2010) at the Sheraton Hotel adjacent to NABC2010 Venue, the Atlantic City Convention Center.

Step 10. Donor will be notified about the confirmation on the Hotel room reservation at Sheraton or an alternative hotel in Atlantic City (in consultation with the registrant) by NABC2010 Committee.

E. Hotel Registration

For Registration of the following categories, NABC 2010 Committee will arrange the room reservation and notify the Donors/Patrons/Sponsors the confirmation number for the hotel room reservation. Please contact NABC 2010 Committee members for any change/cancellation of the hotel reservation at the Sheraton Hotel. Please do not contact Sheraton Hotel for any change /cancellation of the hotel room reservation.

DONOR

One complimentary (paid by NABC2010 Committee) hotel room for two nights (July 9th and July 10th, 2010) at the Sheraton Hotel adjacent to NABC2010 Venue, the Atlantic City Convention Center, depending on the availability.

General registrants :

Please complete the Standard Registration (online or downloaded form).
Once you receive the Registration Confirmation number in the e-mail, then use the NABC 2010 online hotel reservation link. You have to provide the confirmation number to the hotel link.
Our online hotel reservation system is operated by AC.Central Reservations, Inc(acrooms.com).
These are the guidelines established by AC.Central Reservations  (ACCR):

  • AC.Central Reservations can be reached at 800-524-1706 and mention NABC 2010.
  • AC.Central Reservations rates for NABC2010 registrants will be available up to May 9th, 2010
  • After May 9th, 2010, the rates may differ from the discounted rates for NABC2010.
  • All reservations done thru AC.Central Reservations must include Friday (July 9th,2010) and Saturday(July 10th,2010).
  • All other dates (7th,8th,11th) are optional.
  • If you need to cancel any reservation done thru AC.Central Reservations, you must do it by June 15th, 2010.
  • Any cancellation after June 15th, 2010, you will be forced to pay two nights of charges to the hotel.
  • AC.Central Reservations will handle all reservation of hotels listed on its link.
  • AC.Central Reservations is not allowed to reserve rooms for the adjacent Sheraton hotel.

In Atlantic City during summer, area hotels become completely filled months before weekends.
Besides NABC2010 Hotel reservation link, you could find hotels using an internet search for ‘Atlantic City Hotels’ using www.google.com or www.yahoo.com and select any site.

You could also use  any of these:
www.expedia.com / www.priceline.com / www.travelocity.com / www.atlanticcity.com.

G. Changing your registration profile

You can only upgrade your registration type, add member, add business registration and after you complete your registration. You need your Registration Confirmation Number and your e-mail id to change your registration. This will be provided to you via email at the time of registration. To update/change your registration, please go to the change registration page.

H. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please note that Starting May 1st, 2010, Registration Cancellation request will not be accepted.

All cancellation requests must have been received in writing (via fax, e-mail or regular mail) on or before April 30th, 2010, in order to receive a refund. A 20% processing fee will be applied to the refund, so your maximum refund amount will be 80% of the registration fee paid till that time. After April 30th 2010, canceled registrations will not be refunded nor applied to future conferences.

If your cancellation request is received within 30 days of online payment via. Paypal, then your refund will be processed immediately through Paypal. Please check your credit-card or bank statement to see the refund. In all other cases, the refund will be provided through a US Bank check sent to the address on record. This processing is done once every month - so expect a delay of up to six weeks to receive your check.

Your NABC 2010 registration is non-transferable. At the time of badge distribution, you will be asked to present your identity card and that name will be matched with the registration name. This is required by ACCC security.

To cancel your registration send an email to NABCinfo@kallol.com, with your registration number and the reason for cancellation. All cancellation refunds may take 4 to 6 weeks to complete.
